Peripheric equipment

Beside powerful vacuum furnaces a fully equipped infrastructure is required for fabrication of high quality brazing parts. This comprises cleaning baths for cleaning the parts prior to the vacuum brazing processes and proper assembly conditions. Furthermore, analysing equipment such as microscopes and He-leakage testors are important equipments.

PVA-LWT disposes of the following peripheric equipment:

• clean room for assembly of sensitive materials
• laminar flow box for assembly of micro-structured parts
• 2 ultrasonic supported cleaning baths
• 3 semi-automatic paste-dosing devices
• 2 He-leakage testers
• 1 climate chamber for characterisation of brazed parts (+100°C/
